Thus, despite the difficulties, the Russian beauty industry has every chance of recovery and further growth, making it promising and attractive for investment.

I rely on data from various sources. While in the West, many beauty salons remain closed, and specialists rely on government assistance, the situation in Russia has been different. Beauty salons were closed for only two months, and we actively supported communication between specialists and clients. This contributed to the formation of a unique atmosphere of trust and mutual support. Russian specialists stand out for their approach, putting their heart and soul into every procedure, which underscores their professionalism and dedication.

According to statistics, 75% of beauty salons in Russia are owned by hairdressers, 5% are chains, and the remaining 20% ​​are independent salons. These data highlight the importance of a personalized approach and entrepreneurial initiative in the beauty industry.

Currently, there is a trend of small entrepreneurs actively opening mono-studios in the budget segment. Despite growing interest in such establishments, the quality of services provided often does not meet customer expectations. People willing to invest more in personal care continue to favor premium salons like Persona, where services meet high standards of quality and professionalism. Therefore, it's important to find ways to combat burnout to preserve my creative essence and continue to contribute to the world of beauty and art.

I do what is truly interesting and important to me, which has contributed to the natural growth of my channel - today I have almost 16,000 subscribers.
