The redesign was completed by DesignWorkout, a studio renowned for its creative approaches to visual brand identity. The updated logo reflects the publisher's current trends and values, emphasizing its commitment to innovation and quality in the literary world. The rebranding was an important step for the company, aimed at attracting new readers and strengthening its market position.

Previously, Alpina Publishing House books were distinguished by their titles, executed in orange grotesque, and a distinctive drawn letter A. In the updated logo, the color scheme has been changed to black and white, and the lettering has been replaced. The title is now presented in a handwritten font and framed by a thin oval.

The design team strove to create a minimalist and sincere design that conveys the publishing house's warm approach to their work. This approach reflects humanity and spontaneity, which forms the basis for creating unique content. As a result, harmony was achieved between the visual design and the emotional message, strengthening the connection with readers and emphasizing the publishing house's values.

Our office has an entire wall dedicated to the editorial staff, where they leave notes on colored Post-it notes. The novel "Zuleikha Opens Her Eyes" by Guzel Yakhina has become one of the most significant bestsellers of recent years. Since the 1990s, the publishing house has maintained its logo, which features a handwritten abbreviation with an accented T. This letter resembles a friendly cactus and symbolizes the brand's unique style and identity. The logo has become a recognizable element, reflecting the publishing house's commitment to tradition and high-quality content.

In 2014, the publishing group engaged the AdWorm brand lab for a logo redesign. The designers decided not to make any radical changes, but instead made the logo more elegant and refined. The letters now have smooth, precise outlines, eliminating the handwritten jitters. The T was transformed into an outline without a fill, adding a modern touch and style to the logo. Suprematika Studio's updated logo eliminates the balloons, and the elephant has become more imposing and expressive. Its schematic form appears massive and confident, while the character now has a "look." This lends the image a lively and curious quality, making it an excellent choice for a publishing house focused on children's literature. The new logo design creates a positive impression and generates interest among the target audience, which is especially important for the successful promotion of children's books. The new logo features a changed font: instead of an elegant serif with thin flourishes, a reliable grotesque is now used. The name of the publishing house became a symbol of professionalism, thanks to the surnames of its founders - Mann, Ivanov, and Ferber. Over time, the company not only established itself in the market but also significantly expanded its activities, which necessitated an updated logo and imbuing it with new meanings.

In 2022, the Shchuka design bureau presented a new identity for the MIF Publishing House. As part of this update, the logo was changed. The publishing house's name now uses the expressive sans-serif "Aeroport," and the letter "Ф" has been replaced with an infinity symbol, symbolizing the continuous process of change and learning. It's important to note that this "Ф" symbol can also be used separately as an abbreviated logo.

The new logo combines key elements representing the two renowned publishing houses. It features the famous penguin in an orange oval, created by Edward Young in 1935 for Penguin. The design also includes a black-and-white schematic image of a mansion, which symbolizes Random House. For nearly a century, Random House used one of Rockwell Kent's illustrations, created for the publishing house's first book, Voltaire's "Candide," as its logo. The new logo has become a symbol of the unity and heritage of two outstanding publishing houses, reflecting their rich history and commitment to quality literature.
