Do you regularly reflect on your experience and evaluate your previous work? To be honest, I don't do this often. However, if I accidentally come across my old texts, analyzing them becomes inevitable.

My experience in drawing letters began with personal experiments for myself and friends. One of the first works in the lettering style was a spring slogan. If I were to write this inscription today, it would look completely different. At the time, I did the best I could, but looking back, I realize there's a lot I could have done better. I will not go into details of what exactly is wrong with the letters, but the desire to create something new and better always remains.

After I started drawing for myself and friends, and actively sharing my works on social networks, I began to receive requests for lettering. Almost ten years ago, chalk lettering was the most popular medium. Looking back on my achievements, I realize that this experience laid the foundation for my mastery in this field. Of course, mistakes and imperfections can occur in any process, but chalk is an excellent creative medium. If something doesn't work out, you can always erase it and start over, making it an ideal choice for artists and students. Chalk makes it easy to make changes and experiment, which helps develop creativity and drawing skills.

As the number of published works has increased, I have begun to receive new work tasks, and they are no longer limited to small projects. An example is the "Saturday Rambler" project - lettering for the cover of entertainment content. Currently, I have questions about the width of the letters, cuts, and design details.

The Svetlana Children's Dance Festival appears disorganized and chaotic. The dance performances need more structure and rhythm. Improving these aspects will help create a harmonious atmosphere conducive to the development of children's creativity and the quality of the events. A structured approach to festival design will not only enhance the dance performances but also attract more viewers, making the Svetlana Festival more successful and memorable.

The book "Scientific Fun" became an important stage in my career: it was after its publication that other publishers began to contact me. First it was "MYTH", then Popcorn Books and "Strok". This success opened up new opportunities and prospects for further collaboration in the literary world.

I created overly literal and detailed letter illustrations. Lettering is essentially letter illustrations, but since I've developed professionally, I've stopped allowing myself and my students to do this. If the letters looked more abstract, but still remained easy to read, it would add interest and creativity to the work.

The cover of the book "The Great Creative Challenge" makes me a little uneasy. This project is a unique opportunity for authors and creative people who want to develop their skills and realize their potential. I'm concerned about how the book's visual design can influence the perception of its content and attract readers' attention. An effective cover should not only convey the essence of the work but also generate interest among the target audience, which is a key aspect of successful book marketing.

All the letters are hand-painted, and the background is created from readily available materials. This is truly noticeable: the tools used for the lettering are easily identified, and the letters appear unfinished. This approach emphasizes the individuality of the work, but can create a feeling of incompleteness.

At present, the lettering appears under-polished and rough. However, at that time, the art director was satisfied with the result.

Lettering in the Soviet style always seemed a natural and simple process to me. However, upon closer examination of works of the past, I notice interesting details. For example, in the word "прока" (cork), the thick stroke and unique ligatura of the letter P stand out. In the phrase "December of gifts," the letter e looks almost italic compared to the other letters of the first word. These nuances give the works a special expressiveness and character, emphasizing the individuality of the Soviet lettering style.

In the "Vysotsky" lettering series, created for Yandex in 2018, some imperfections in the uniformity of the letter thicknesses can be noticed. These aspects are important for achieving harmonious visual perception and improving the readability of the works. In the future, it is worth paying more attention to these details in order to improve the quality of the lettering and make it more attractive to viewers.

In the work "The Nature of Things" there is a significant variety of thicknesses. This can be justified by the theme, which is deeply connected with nature and its manifestations. Each thickness in the context of the work emphasizes the uniqueness and multi-layeredness of natural objects, which makes the text more expressive and rich.

Every year I create postcards. In last year's version, I should have increased the reverse contrast in the letter P, which would have made the design more expressive.

Empathy, reflection, and font joys are important aspects of human perception and interaction. Empathy allows us to understand and feel the emotions of others, which contributes to deeper and more meaningful relationships. Reflection, in turn, helps us analyze our own thoughts and feelings, which leads to personal growth and improved emotional intelligence. Font joys, as an element of visual communication, play a key role in the perception of the text. Correctly selected fonts can emphasize the emotional coloring of information and make it more attractive to the reader. The interaction of these three elements creates harmony in communication and facilitates a more effective exchange of ideas. Empathy and reflection, coupled with the clever use of fonts, make communication more effective and memorable.

In 2022, the labor market underwent significant changes. Remote work continued to gain popularity, allowing many professionals to find positions outside their region. Flexible schedules and modern technology contributed to a better work-life balance. However, in the face of economic instability, companies began to focus more on employee onboarding and implementing new management practices. Developing professional skills and increasing digital literacy became important aspects. Employers began actively investing in training and development to remain competitive. As a result, 2022 became a year of transformation and rethinking approaches to work, defining new trends in employment and talent management.

The most annoying mistakes I encountered in postcards were misspelled words in English and Italian. With Italian, this is understandable, since I don't speak it. However, with English, I was offended, especially when it was not just a digital postcard, but a high-quality printed version. Despite the fact that both the text and design were checked by several people, no one noticed this typo. It is important to remember that even small errors can significantly affect perception, so careful text review is essential for creating high-quality content.

Regularly conduct self-checking using various methods. Some errors may be irreversible.

Regularly checking and analyzing your own work are important processes for achieving high quality. It's recommended to work in stages, taking breaks and returning to it after a day or two. This approach allows you to better identify errors and shortcomings and make any necessary adjustments. This not only improves the final result but also helps develop self-control and critical thinking skills.
