This page presents the work of 34-year-old architect Quinn Wu. Born in China, he has lived in New York for over ten years, where he founded his own architectural firm, Quin Wu Architectural Studio. Quin Wu is known for his unique approach to design, combining traditional elements with contemporary trends to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces. His projects reflect a deep understanding of architecture and a passion for innovation, making him one of the most promising specialists in this field. Finding interesting ideas is not particularly difficult, because they can occur to anyone. Much more difficult is to embody this idea in a design or model, to turn it into a visual image. Initially, I used traditional architectural forms, but soon realized that this method was difficult to convey the intended idea. Architectural forms are highly complex and have many details, which hindered my perception of the main idea and distracted me from expressing it. Quin Wu is the author and creator of the project, who brings unique ideas and innovative solutions to his field. His work is characterized by high quality and originality, which makes the project in demand among the audience. Quinn Wu pays meticulous attention to every detail, striving for excellence and user satisfaction. Using his experience and professionalism, he creates content that not only informs but also inspires. Quinn Wu's project continues to grow, attracting new clients and fans.

Quinn strives to discuss more than just interiors and their functional aspects. While designing commercial spaces during the day, he spends his evenings—and sometimes late into the night—creating new images that seem to reflect the future but are in fact deeply rooted in the present. His approach to design goes beyond aesthetics; it incorporates a deep understanding of user needs, allowing him to create spaces that are not only attractive but also functional.

Brands are all around us, and the use of their exaggerated images in fictional reality is nothing new. However, Quinn's world is a space where totalitarianism triumphs, and here one can find echoes of the heroes of George Orwell's novel "1984" and the "number" from Yevgeny Zamyatin's dystopian novel "We." Vast spaces filled with brutalist architecture, snowy wastelands of industrial zones, and military formations create an atmosphere in which BelAZ trucks transport ore from a quarry called "Chanel." This symbiosis of brands and grim reality reflects deep social and political anxieties, forcing us to consider the impact of consumerism and totalitarian control on modern society.

The brands I use in my work are a daily presence in the American market. These companies invest heavily in marketing to strengthen their image. However, over time, people begin to ignore familiar visual images. We perceive them as something familiar and do not think about them deeper. In my work, I strive to use unusual and provocative images that can shake up this stagnant perception. It is important that the images appear realistic and cause confusion. This confusion attracts attention and provokes reflection.

The project he created reflects his pursuit of excellence and professionalism, as well as his desire to bring positive change to the industry. Thanks to his efforts, Quinn Wu has become a prominent figure, attracting the attention of both professionals and beginners.

Some of Quinn's work takes place in Russia, which is of interest to viewers unfamiliar with our country. They perceive images, such as a McDonald's in a snowy desert, as reality and ask, "Where is this place in Russia? Is it real?" In one of his works, titled "Donuts Store in Russia," Russia is given away by the name and the image of a woman in a headscarf, not the industrial setting. For those who have never been to Russia, this may seem plausible, with the possible exception of the donut tower. Donuts, retail chains, and brands represent elements that take over society, like a totalitarian ruler striving for power. These themes are central to Quinn's work.

I avoid engaging in the eternal debates about the conflict between man and technology or capitalism, as well as other perceived threats. My primary criticism centers on our over-obsession with consumerism. I express my thoughts with sarcasm, highlighting the absurdity of this situation.
