This process allows us to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the program and make any necessary changes to improve its effectiveness and relevance. An effective audit of educational courses includes an assessment of the content, structure, teaching methods, and participant satisfaction. Based on the data obtained, a strategy can be developed for course optimization, which ultimately leads to improved learning outcomes and increased student engagement.
Collecting Analytics
At Skillbox, we use a digital assistant to collect learning analytics data across various metrics. This tool allows us to effectively analyze educational processes, optimizing learning and improving the quality of services provided. With this tool, we were able to analyze:

- module conversion — how many active users drop out and on which modules, and how many complete the program;

- CSAT metrics, that is, the degree of customer satisfaction based on the ratings they leave on the platform.
We analyzed user engagement during the learning process and identified the modules, lessons, and assignments that were most challenging for them. During the data analysis stage, we focused specifically on this content to improve its quality and accessibility.
Feedback Collection
For a comprehensive course evaluation, it is necessary to consider both quantitative and qualitative indicators. We analyzed over 300 student reviews to understand their opinions on the lesson content and practical assignments. This allowed us to identify aspects of the program that presented challenges, as well as those that brought satisfaction and positive emotions. This way, we can improve the program and make it more effective for students.

We focused on this issue. The assignments we were accustomed to after each module were replaced with a new competency development trajectory. This trajectory includes four formats that will help effectively develop the necessary skills and knowledge.

The course curriculum includes an end-to-end program design assignment, which is gradually expanded with each module. Users now have the opportunity to develop their program in stages. The first step is to define the goals and learning outcomes. Then, the learning format, design model, and course structure, as well as suitable learning technologies, should be selected. The final stage is the development of an assessment system and the selection of formats for additional materials, which ensures a comprehensive approach to training and increases its effectiveness.

Completing the course takes several months, which can lead to forgetting some of the material. This is natural, but we can prevent such situations.
