Join the conference to stay informed about the latest trends and improve the quality of education.

The key idea is how we measure service quality. Standard metrics such as NPS, CSAT, and COR primarily focus on evaluating our performance. These indicators reflect how successful we are in creating content and delivering services, but they don't always provide insight into whether customer expectations have been accurately met. It's important to develop customer-focused metrics that will help us assess how well we understand user needs and expectations. Metrics based on the opinions of listeners and students will allow us to more accurately assess quality and satisfaction. We are at a point where we need to move on to discussing these new metrics to improve customer engagement and raise the overall level of quality.

This fall, quality of learning has become a key issue for EdTech in the continuing education sector. How to measure it correctly? How to ensure that students have gained the necessary knowledge and skills from a course? And how to cope with the situation when many learners do not have a clear idea of their goals? Quality assessment issues received significant attention at the YaC/e conference, as well as at the EdTech professionals' meeting organized by the School of Education, where the importance of metrics for the quality of the educational experience, and not just outcomes, was discussed.

The founder and CEO of Skillbox is a key figure in the education sector. His leadership and strategic vision contribute to the development of online learning and innovative educational programs. Under his leadership, Skillbox successfully implements new technologies and methodologies, making learning accessible and effective for students. This platform offers a wide range of courses and programs aimed at developing professional skills and career advancement. Skillbox's founder is actively involved in shaping educational standards and trends, allowing the company to remain at the forefront of online education.

Yet Another Conference on Education (YaC/e) is a significant event in the field of education, bringing together experts, educators, and researchers. Conference participants will have the opportunity to discuss current trends in educational practices, exchange experiences, and learn about innovative teaching methods. YaC/e provides a platform for exchanging ideas and exploring new approaches in education, fostering professional connections and collaboration. This event will be an excellent opportunity for those seeking to improve the quality of education and integrate modern technologies into the learning process.

A key aspect worth discussing is quality assessment methods. We primarily use standard metrics such as NPS, CSAT, and COR, which reflect our level of effectiveness. However, it is important to focus on customer-centric metrics that will help accurately assess whether customer expectations are being met. In my opinion, NPS, CSAT, and COR primarily reflect the success of the methodologist, producer, and the quality of the content and equipment. However, it's also important to start discussing other metrics that reflect the opinions of listeners and students. This will allow us to better understand the needs of our audience and improve the quality of the services we offer.

Education is effective only with those who show interest and motivation.

School teachers work with students who are eager for knowledge. It's natural: when a teacher repeats the same topics year after year, it's important to see the results of their efforts. Students who demonstrate a desire to learn are the ones who demonstrate progress. At universities and technical schools, it's motivated students who actively participate in the learning process and strive to develop who receive the attention of teachers. Thus, the desire to learn is a key factor in the educational process and influences the success of both students and teachers.

All of us, having an education, know how to interact with motivated people, even if they have zero knowledge. However, we often face difficulties working with other categories of people. It's important to develop communication and teaching skills to effectively interact with different personality types and increase their motivation to learn. Improving these skills will allow us to achieve higher results and facilitate the development of all participants in the educational process.

One of the most challenging aspects is that it is precisely those who neglect their education who we can provide the greatest assistance to. With this category of people, we are able to quickly impart new skills, basic professional knowledge, and significantly increase their income. Improving education opens doors to better opportunities and helps overcome financial difficulties.

Over the long term, success will be achieved by those who learn to measure their results not only by increased revenue, which is certainly important for business, but also by the actual number of people trained. It is important to record how many of them were able to achieve significant changes in their lives thanks to the knowledge and skills they acquired. The effectiveness of training and the real impact on people's lives should become key indicators of success.

Alexander's post has become the subject of active discussion. He argues that continuing professional education should independently seek out those who are unmotivated to learn and convince them with tangible examples that education can change their lives, help them escape poverty, and improve social conditions. It is important for educational institutions to develop programs that will attract and inspire this category of people, demonstrating the real opportunities and prospects that education opens up.

A Facebook post is an essential tool for engaging with your audience. It allows you to share news, promote products and services, and strengthen connections with customers. A well-written post can significantly increase engagement and attract new followers. Use keywords related to your topic to improve visibility and SEO optimization. Be sure to include a call to action to encourage readers to interact. Effective content tailored to the interests of your target audience will help build an active community and increase brand awareness.

Education effectively interacts only with motivated people.

School teachers work with students who are eager to learn. Understanding this, one can realize that constantly repeating the same topics requires teachers to see results. Motivated students who are eager to learn receive more attention from teachers in universities and technical schools. Such students become active participants in the educational process, which in turn contributes to a more productive learning atmosphere.

All of us, having an education, know how to interact with motivated people, even if they are inexperienced. However, we face difficulties working with other categories of people. It is important to develop communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with different personality types and improve overall productivity. Effective communication and understanding the needs of each person can significantly improve the results of teamwork.

It is important to note that it is precisely those who neglect their education who we can help the most. We can quickly provide this group of people with the necessary skills and professional fundamentals, which will significantly increase their income. Our goal is to help everyone gain new opportunities and confidence in the future.

In the long term, success will be achieved by those who can measure their results not only through increased income, which is certainly important for business, but also through the number of trained people who have achieved significant changes in their lives. The key to sustainable development is creating real value for customers and helping them achieve their goals.

The EduTech seminar "Reskilling Talks. How to Remain in Demand in the Labor Market?" is a platform for discussing current trends in professional retraining and advanced training. Participants will be able to learn about best practices, essential skills, and strategies that will help them remain competitive in the ever-changing labor market. Join the seminar to gain valuable knowledge from experts and expand your professional horizons.

In recent years, there has been a significant increase in investment in infrastructure for remote learning and self-education, but the emphasis is still primarily on hardware. It is important to shift the focus to fostering a culture of education and lifelong learning. Strategies must be developed to help make retraining a priority for employees. People must recognize the importance of acquiring new skills directly on the job and understand that self-education is a key aspect of their professional growth and career development. Creating motivation and accessible resources for learning will be the key to successfully adapting to the demands of the modern labor market.

Of course, I am available to help with editing the text. Please provide the text you wish to change.

At the seminar, Martin Möhrle presented the analytical report "Retraining as a Response to the Challenges of the New World of Work," prepared by SberUniversity and the Institute of Education at the National Research University Higher School of Economics. This report examines current trends and approaches to retraining personnel in a rapidly changing labor market. More detailed information about this report can be found in our article.

Join Future Learning and become part of the future of education. We are committed to development and encourage everyone to "Develop, expand your knowledge from different perspectives." However, it is important to pay attention to the concept of a "culture of ignorance." This is a state within the company where employees can freely admit that they do not know something, without fear of judgment. For example, I can say I don't know who Mozart or Pushkin is. And that's okay. It's important that in such an atmosphere, when someone says "I don't know," instead of being judged, they receive support, advice, and mentoring. This creates space for learning and growth. Employees, feeling safe, can develop their competencies by openly sharing their knowledge gaps. A culture of ignorance fosters development, because recognizing your weaknesses is the first step to overcoming them.

The Deputy Director of Corporate Services and Director of CLIP Accreditation at the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD) is responsible for the development and implementation of strategies aimed at improving the quality of educational programs. His responsibilities include coordinating accreditation processes and interacting with educational institutions to raise management standards. Under his leadership, corporate services are supported and developed, facilitating effective interaction between institutions and businesses.

We invite you to the EduTech seminar "Reskilling Talks." How to Stay Relevant in the Labor Market? This event will allow you to learn about current labor market trends and how to develop your skills to remain competitive. Participants will receive valuable expert advice to help them adapt to changing professions and demand for specialists. Don't miss the opportunity to improve your skills and learn about best reskilling practices.

In recent years, there has been a significant increase in investment in infrastructure for distance and self-study. However, the primary focus now is on fostering a culture of education and training. It is essential to create conditions in which retraining becomes a priority for employees so they can develop skills directly on the job. Equally important is the recognition of the value of self-education as a top priority. This will create motivation for continuous professional growth and adaptation to changes in the labor market.

As a result, both students and teachers suffer, which negatively impacts the educational process.

Today, the issue of textbooks, like many aspects of the educational process, is increasingly moving into the digital realm. Schoolchildren are increasingly less interested in paper textbooks, highlighting the need for changes in the format of teaching aids. Adaptation to the digital environment is becoming a crucial task for educational institutions. Modern technologies make it possible to create interactive textbooks that not only attract students' attention but also facilitate more effective learning. Digital resources offer a wide range of features, including multimedia elements, the ability to update content, and access to additional materials. Thus, the transition to digital teaching aids not only meets modern educational requirements but also opens up new horizons for learning.

Modern textbooks must be interactive, dynamic, and multi-level to engage students. The integration of virtual and augmented reality technologies into electronic textbooks opens up new possibilities for creating three-dimensional models based on illustrations. This is especially relevant when studying solid geometry, where visualization of spatial forms plays a key role in understanding the material. The use of such technologies not only improves information comprehension but also promotes deeper understanding of the material, making the learning process more engaging and effective.
