Over the past hundred years, Russia has undergone three waves of large-scale educational institution construction programs. I am confident that we will successfully address this challenge in the new wave. However, recruiting staff, training them, and launching the school as a well-motivated institution are key tasks. It is important to ensure high-quality solutions to these issues throughout the country. This will require significant effort and attention to detail, especially in the area of additional education in new schools.
