I am fascinated by the dynamics of digital marketing, its constant changes and new challenges that require constant self-development and training. Internet marketing also provides the opportunity to work with different industries and companies, which makes each task unique and interesting.
From an early age, I showed a creative approach, enjoying drawing and design. When choosing a career, I sought to combine creativity with commercial benefit. Inspired by advertising campaigns, I decided to enroll in the advertising department, focusing on corporate business management. This decision allowed me to develop my skills and apply them in a field where creativity plays a key role in business success.
From my first year, I began my career at an agency focused on online marketing. I was fortunate to have mentors who contributed to my rapid development and knowledge accumulation. My desire for learning and self-improvement became a key factor in my success: I constantly sought out new information, studying articles and blogs on the latest trends in online marketing. This helped me not only deepen my knowledge but also effectively apply it in practice, which became the foundation for my professional growth in this dynamic field.
Nowadays, it has become easier for new professionals in online marketing to start a career. Advances in technology and the availability of educational resources open up numerous learning opportunities. Online courses, webinars, and professional communities allow you to quickly master the necessary skills. Furthermore, the growing demand for specialists in this field is creating a wider selection of job openings. Internships and projects help newcomers gain experience and build a portfolio. On the one hand, there is a shortage of qualified specialists, prompting many agencies to create their own schools and internships to train staff from scratch. On the other hand, high-quality education in this field is virtually nonexistent in Russia. Although universities offer marketing programs, few actually provide students with practical knowledge and network with experienced professionals. This creates significant challenges for future marketers seeking to acquire the necessary skills for a successful career in the dynamic digital world.

You made the transition from practice to teaching. What inspired you to take this step?
After reaching the senior level and taking the position of Marketing Team Leader at MGCom, I regularly trained newcomers who were at a similar stage to me. I realized how difficult it is to accumulate knowledge piecemeal and came to the conclusion about the importance of a systematic approach to training. This allows you not only to master the necessary skills faster but also to apply them effectively in practice. It is important to create a clear training structure so that everyone can confidently move towards their marketing goals.
Currently, I teach courses at Skillbox and MGCom, having created my own curricula. Over 300 students have successfully mastered the basics of internet marketing under my guidance. My goal is to help each student develop the skills necessary for a successful career in this dynamic field.
I continue to monitor new marketing trends, even though I am not currently working in this field. I regularly read specialized blogs and articles, attend webinars and online courses, and actively participate in professional communities and forums. This approach allows me to stay abreast of the latest trends and changes in the marketing industry and apply my acquired knowledge in the future.
